MentoraMedic makes online preparation for doctors and dentists with a diploma from outside the EEA who want to work in the Netherlands: from the first word of Dutch to the BI-toets.
MentoraMedic Academie
Medical Dutch from A0 to B2+, in one course. From B1 the lessons are cases from the consulting room, with audio for every sentence and translation into the candidate's own language.
BigMentor
Practice for the BI-toets: 4,137 questions for doctors and dentists, an exam simulation and practice consultations with a virtual patient. Every explanation names the guideline or law it rests on.
How we work
Preparation, not mediation. We are not a recruitment agency and do not decide on registration; that is up to CIBG and the BIG register.
Verifiable content. We keep track of the sources and adjust questions when a guideline changes.
The candidate decides what is shared. An organisation sees whether its candidates are on schedule; details only when the candidate turns that on.
Who is behind it
MentoraMedic was founded by Yevhenii Butov, a dentist with fifteen years of practice in Ukraine, including his own clinic and laboratory. He arrived in Amsterdam in 2022 and saw qualified colleagues working far below their level.
Built independently, without external funding. Live since June 2026.
