MentoraMedic was founded during the 2022-2023 Ukrainian crisis when our founder Yevhenii Butov, a maxillofacial surgeon, arrived in Amsterdam. Seeing highly qualified medical peers working in low-skilled survival jobs due to complex bureaucracy and language barriers, he decided to build the platform he needed himself.
What began as a targeted effort to guide Ukrainian doctors through the CIBG licensing registry has evolved into a permanent structural bridge for qualified medical professionals from all over the world.
Today, we support dentists, general practitioners, and specialists from diverse non-EU and EU nations, ensuring their life-saving expertise is not lost to the Dutch healthcare system.

A highly experienced surgeon and dentist with over 15 years of practice, including founding his own private clinic and dental lab in Ukraine. Yevhenii drives the medical, educational, and pathway compliance framework at MentoraMedic.
Bruno Servaege
An operations and technology executive with a track record of building digital products. Bruno focuses on institutional partnerships, engineering, and platform architecture to scale MentoraMedic across Dutch healthcare networks.
